ASSIGNMENT OF MEMBERSHIP INTERESTS


Michael Silva, Marlon Berrett, and Harry L. " Pete" Peterson (collectively, the " Members" ) are the sole owners of all of the outstanding membership interest in and to DPAT-1, LLC (the " Membership Interest" ).
