The face amount of the decreasing term credit life insurance, if any, is equal to the lesser of the principal balance owing to the creditor as such may exist from time to time or $20,000.00. The term of the insurance, if any, coincides with the length of the repayment schedule, subject however, to a maximum term of 12 years.
